All about your 1st visit

• Dr. Egan treats patients from ages 1 - 25

• For children ages 1 - 3 we offer a complimentary Happy Visit to introduce them to our office

​

• At your first visit Dr. Egan will introduce herself and evaluate each patient's treatment plan

​

• Please bring your ID and any Insurance information to the visit.
